Define Hypnosis
How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis usually includes an intro to the treatment during which the subject is advised that suggestions for creative knowledge will be presented to them. A hypnotic process is used to motivate and assess patients’ reactions and psychological procedures.
Utilizing hypnosis, a single person (the subject) is assisted by another (the hypnotist) to react to various tips in order to experience an “transformed state of awareness.”
